Shanese Risper - Founder & CEO of Kingdom Glory Publishing and Kingdom Authors Academy
Shanese Risper is the Founder and CEO of Kingdom Glory Publishing and Kingdom Authors Academy, established in 2024 to empower Christian authors to write, publish, and prosper with purpose. Through Kingdom Authors Academy, she equips aspiring writers with practical tools, spiritual insight, and proven strategies to turn God-given ideas into published books and sustainable income streams. Under her leadership, Kingdom Glory Publishing has helped hundreds of first-time authors become published, build personal brands, and launch their own publishing ventures. Shanese’s mission is to raise up a generation of Kingdom-minded authors who release Heaven’s messages on earth through the written word. Her programs combine faith, mentorship, and business development, inspiring writers to finish what they start, expand their reach, and impact lives globally through the power of story.
Shanese is a Kingdom Entrepreneur, a Prayer Warrior, serves on the worship team, and is the acting Outreach Director for her local church in Twentynine Palms, CA. She actively teaches the Word in Bible studies in several arenas and volunteers in her community and in other online communities. Shanese served active duty in the USMC, now retired, and currently holds down a full-time contract position during the day at the local military base.
She is married and the mother of an athletic teenager. She loves to travel and impacts lives everywhere she goes with the love of Christ and the Kingdom!
Lucy Echegoyen - Software Developer and Professional Digital & Design Specialist
As a co-founder of Kingdom Glory Publishing, LLC (kingdomglorypublishing.com), Lucy Echegoyen brings extensive experience in publishing and creative design, with proficiency in Canva Pro, Adobe Professional Design tools, KDP Kindle Direct Publishing, Kindle Create Editor, and related platforms.
As an author, coach, collaborator, and translator, she has written and contributed to several books, including gratitude devotional journals for preteens, teenagers, young adults, and women, published in both English and Spanish.
With a heart devoted to service, Lucy is passionate about helping others develop their fullest potential. She lovingly guides individuals to discover the beauty of accomplishing their goals by exploring the power of sharing and publishing the stories within them—partnering with others as they grow, heal, and step into the fulfillment of their God-given purpose.

Fun fact: She is passionate about creating meaningful family memories.

R'Lynn Parker - Business Manager Specialist
R'Lynn Parker serves as the dedicated Accredited Online Business Manager at Kingdom Glory Publishing where she expertly oversees the backend of the company. From customer service, business operations, project and team management, moderating and facilitating the meetings, live events, to launch management and systems operations, she brings a heart of service and a passion for helping Kingdom authors thrive. In every detail, R'Lynn ensures that the Kingdom Glory Publishing, KGP Team, and its authors can focus on their mission while she handles rest.
Beyond her professional role, R'Lynn is another Prayer Warrior, serving on several Intercessory Prayer Teams and is Women's Group Leader at her local church and online Bible studies. She is a lifelong learner in and out of the Bible, loves the beach, always tries to bring a bit of sunny adventurous spirit (and Son Spirit) to the spaces and places she goes. She has lived around the world as an AF dependent most of her life, but calls Texas "home". R'Lynn is the very blessed mom of 6, now grown children, and has 2 grandkids.
When it comes to books, she is currently working on a journal for overcomers.

Fun fact: She loves bling on her boots —especially her cowgirl boots.

Aaron Thacker — Virtual Assistant & Video Content Specialist
Aaron Thacker serves as a Virtual Assistant and Video Content Specialist for Kingdom Glory Publishing, supporting authors and students with excellence, clarity, and a heart for Kingdom impact. Aaron plays a key role in organizing and uploading training content, managing virtual tasks, and ensuring the Kingdom Authors Academy community has seamless access to the resources they need.
In addition to his work with KGP, Aaron is also a published author. His book, Game Plan: Spiritual Warfare From the Athlete’s Perspective, merges faith, discipline, and strategy to equip believers with practical tools for spiritual strength and victory.
Aaron also assists moderating during Kingdom Glory Publishing LIVE Events and Kingdom Authors Academy Office Hours, helping ensure every student’s question is heard and addressed. His dedication, consistency, and servant-leader mindset make him an invaluable part of the KGP team.
Aaron is a Prayer Warrior in all areas of his life. When he is not working his full-time job or at Kingdom Glory Publishing, Aaron enjoys sports. His favorite teams are Dallas Cowboys, Dallas Stars, Texas Rangers and the Dallas Mavericks. No surprise that Aaron's home town is Sherman, Texas. He is single and enjoys time with family and friends, and he volunteers at sporting events too. Aaron can also impersonate several voices too!
Aaron has a huge heart for others and can be found praying on the spot for others when the Spirit leads. He often gets a prophetic word for others and he loves to share.
