What our Kingdom Authors are Saying...

Deborah H. Sager

My name is Deborah H. Sager, and I joined Kingdom Glory Publishing on May 22, 2025. Since joining, I have already published three books, with my first release launching on July 19, 2025 and that alone speaks volumes about the excellence, support, and momentum inside this community.

The office hours and workshops are absolutely on fire. The teaching is rich, practical, and deeply Spirit-led. Every session is packed with wisdom, encouragement, and clear next steps. Honestly, I hate to leave when they end because the presence of God and the level of impartation are so strong. Kingdom Glory Publishing is more than a publishing platform, it is a Kingdom family, a place of activation, obedience, and bold faith. If you are called to write, publish, and steward your message for God’s glory, this is where you belong.

I am deeply grateful for this community and cannot recommend it highly enough!

Nina White Hodge

My name is Nina White Hodge and I got a few titles. I won’t go into those, but I want to say thank goodness, thank the Lord for Kingdom Authors Academy, for Shanese and everything that she has been doing because it pushed me. I know my first book here was a children’s book and I thought I didn’t have time for that. I had a 100 million things to do and Shanese showed me that you can do it in 4 hours something that I thought I would never be able to do. It has changed my life and it has changed my perspective on what I can accomplish. I have met a whole lot of amazing people that are here, that will actually help you with whatever you need. Thank you. There is no gatekeeping around here.

Gayelee Reynolds

My name is Gayelee Reynolds and I joined Kingdom Authors last year in 2025. Since joining I have published a devotional and a children’s book for my new grandson. I am super excited about that. I am so blessed that I can call you Shanese and Lucy and just ask for a couple of tips. That has been so helpful. My experience with Kingdom Authors is that dreams really do come true when you work the dream. We know that faith without works is dead. Shanese says it all of the time. To work for it and go for it because it was a dream that was in my heart for so long. I had to come in here because I saw Shanese running. Shanese said I am running and you can come with me or not but I’m running.  We want to run with runners. People that are accomplishing something. I came in here and I heard the testimonies and I got excited because if they can do it then I can do it. By the end of 2025 I had a goal to at least write one more book. I have a couple in the hopper. I stayed in the room and I was in there for 4 hours because I had a dream and a goal. I put those to work and I gave Shanese a call to ask for a little bit of help. What it did for me is I was so blessed because I did it. I would encourage anyone to do this because if you have a dream, a desire, a fire, a goal you want to run you need to be in this Academy because it has changed so many people in this room. It has changed me. I am a writer. I have been prophesied. I know more books are going to come. Thank you Shanese and the whole team.

Roz Knighten-Warfield

I have a different learning style and that helped me because I was able to stop it because you can’t stop Shanese when she is talking to us live. It helped me and it even fixed up an issue. I got frustrated with how my KDP was doing. I was calling KDP and Shanese tried to help me. I was listening to some of those I call the mini treasure chests, the Loom things that she did, I found some answers. I had created a whole another KDP, but because it was mature I was running into issues, so it really does help. We have been blessed to do it and look at the folks who have grandchildren. You can do it as a family to write books. Do not show it others because we made an investment to Kingdom Authors Academy. They did a wonderful job. Aaron has the patience of Job. He has gone in and categorized. If you missed it I would still say listen because Shanese’s heart is ministry even though she is teaching. It is real time teaching for what we will likely go through. She took the bumps and bruises so that we could benefit from what she learned. We are sons and daughters at work and nothing is perfect but progression.

Alandra Williams

My name is Alandra Williams - I joined in September 2025.

I have published 2 journal/devotionals and a children's book.

My experience as part of Kingdom Authors Academy has been invigorating and freeing. Being in a community that is so encouraging and supportive has inspired me to step out of use gifts that I had not used in years. The gift of writing has been buried so deeply within me that I had forgotten how it felt to be able to express myself creatively through the written word. Shanese has shared a plethora of valuable information and resources that help me to continually learn how to improve this skill set. Now that I have taken some first steps, I am excited about what will happen in the coming months. I encourage others to join regularly. This group has been life changing for me.

Wannetta Wagner

My name is Wannetta Wagner and my heart is overflowing with gratitude as I share my journey with Kingdom Author's Academy led by Shanese and her incredible team. I've been part of this community for a little over 2 months now, and the love, support, and depth of knowledge shared here has been life-changing. Every question is met with compassion and guidance. I'm humbled to have had articles published in "Without Walls" magazine in Nigeria, and more importantly, encouraged by friends to take the leap and write a book. If you're called to write, don't hesitate to join Kingdom Author's Academy - it's been a blessing to me!

Mellanie Grier

𝟭. 𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝘂𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗷𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗞𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗱𝗼𝗺 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝘆. Hi! I'm Mellanie Grier and I joined KAA in August of 2025

𝟮. 𝗦𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗷𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗽𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸? Since joining, I have eliminated my excuses and adopted a lifestyle of having a "finisher's anointing" that I have injected into ALMOST every aspect of my life....(#laundry is still a work in progress...). I was working on a book already when I found Shanese in The Communion Hub, but that's not the book I published. Since then, I have started (and finished) several other books since joining, but the one I recently published was a direct assignment from God. It HAD to come first. That's 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘔𝘶𝘥 & 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘔𝘪𝘳𝘳𝘰𝘳.

𝟯. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗞𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗱𝗼𝗺 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗵𝘆 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗲𝗹𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗷𝗼𝗶𝗻? If you know in your KNOWER that there is SOMETHING on the inside of you that God wants to bring out but you have been waiting (for what, you don't know) instead of taking action and you need accountability and community (and most of us do), this is the place for you. Partner with fellow believers and borrow some confidence if you have to, while elevating and encouraging your spirit to get it done. Don't do it alone. Do it confidently equipped and with a whole community backing you in prayer.

Jason Hodge

My name is Jason Hodge, a.k.a. "The Jason Hodge." I'm a media architect, strategist, and producer. I joined Kingdom Author's Academy after a friend of mine encouraged me to jump in and get my books done. I'm so glad I did!

Since joining, I've been able to prioritize the time to carve out getting the work done on MY projects, as opposed to putting them on the back-burner, while I worked on client projects. It's been great! I've completed my manuscript, soundtrack, ancillary projects attached to my book, and am completing my merch line, etc.

This has given me the space to do for myself what I do for others. I don't know if you can relate, but I saw an opportunity, in the form of Kingdom Author's Academy, a way to justify putting myself, and my projects, on MY OWN calendar. It may sound strange, but that's the reality I've lived for the majority of life, putting the things in me on hold while taking care of everyone else's, and in my line of work I've discovered numerous others who've been doing the same.

This has been at least 2 - 3 decades coming. It came at the perfect time, and I said "YESSSS!!!"

...So glad I did!

The support with keeping God at the helm of our journey, with all of the Kingdom reference, is IN-valuable!!! So glad I'm here, and I can say that THIS is a place I would WHOLEHEARTEDLY say, "YOU SHOULD BE A PART OF!"

Thanks again y'all for all you do, how you keep things Kingdom, how you encourage the community, how you give all glory to God, and how you SHOW and DEMONSTRATE God's love in the realms of business, personal, and professional development.

Gena Irby-Hill

I am an autism mom. My name is Gena Irby-Hill and at this age I have the awesome responsibility of caring for my son who is 42 already until such time as the Lord has provided us all that we need so that I won’t be his primary caregiver anymore. Our book challenge started in 2024. I was there at the first challenge, and somehow it was an opportunity that I had to spend time in all the classes and writing the book. Shanese gave us a challenge to write the book before the end of the year. So I am grateful that I was able to finish that book. I had a dream of writing a book for 50 years when I left high school. I accomplished writing the book and it gave me such joy to be able to complete that children’s book. Since then, I went ahead and completed another book including the e-book. I realized that prior to coming to Kingdom Authors Academy I had done an anthology back in 2015, but I never told anybody and then I decided to go ahead and be a part of the authors group. It has been such a blessing for me to be a part of this group. This has become a new or extended family for me. I am grateful. My granddaughter who is almost 12 is also a published author and will probably go on to do some more.

Melanie Rose Schroeder Saccomanno

My name is Melanie Rose Schroeder Saccomanno.....aka thus Melanie Rose..Ms.Rose  the kids like so okay..let's go..it is short and sweet and to the point.... Nothing short about me . Long hair, 5'10, lots of words and a long name.

I have researched all those names and I am now more proud of each of them because they are part of what God has called me to do. I have been so blessed by my new Kingdom Author friends. I love learning and growing with them. I joined August 1, 2025 and Oct. 31, 2025 uploaded my second prayer journal on the shelf for Five years, a devotional on grief and a hurting heart with Shanese's help. I have 5 books almost finished. I am adding to them daily. I know, do just one at a time, well pray for me ...please.

The anointing is strong and his presence is real in this group.

My first children's book is around the corner and I have already been asked at the school and library to let them know so I can come do a read with Harper and Pickle..a character first series..this one on belonging and becoming..

Shanese and her knowledge and her faith, the team's character and integrity will help you be at peace to work with them; They have your back. Thank you friends for sharing your stories and encouraging me to keep leaning into the Secret Place. Thank you Shanese, Lucy, Aaron and R'Lynn for all your love and support.

Aaron Thacker

My name is Aaron Thacker. Before Kingdom Authors Academy I had a book written, but I did it the hard way because I didn’t know of another way. Now through Kingdom Authors Academy I have the skills and I am actually getting close to finish the rough draft of my second book. So now once I get my new book done I will have the skills to get my new book published in a more costly and efficient way. That is one of the things that Kingdom Authors Academy has helped me with, and to those that have not yet joined I would say to you that that is a place that will encourage you, challenge you and get the best out of you as a Kingdom Author.

Sckeitha Jones

My name is Sckeitha Jones but I go by KiKi Jones. I joined Kingdom Authors's Academy in June or July of 2025. I knew quite a few members of the academy and I had already had a book idea for my first children's book from a children's book challenge that Shanese Risper had in December of 2024. Being encouraged by a member of the academy, it was the community that I needed to press through to complete my journal. Since joining I have complete 2 children's books and a few journals. It is a great community of believers and gifted scribes. The love, support and wealth of knowledge amongst the team and and members are invaluable.

Shayvonne Johnson

My name is Shayvonne Johnson. I joined April 17, 2025. My first journal was published Dec 24, 2025. Title 21 Days to a New You: Your Weight Loss Journey Journal. It is available also in ebook since last week. God has opened up opportunity for me to introduce my journal and first flip book - keys to Breakthrough at a local library with other writers and poets. This event was about two weeks ago. I was also introduced to Communion Hub as a result of Kingdom author academy. So glad to be a part of this community which is changing lives one at a time.

Tony Alestra

My name is Tony Alestra. This has been real beneficial to learn about writing and people’s ideas on networking. I did a workshop with the Desiree who does fiction writing and I really want to write a fiction book. I really feel like that is something that God has called me to do.
